SURIMI TO FINISHED PRODUCT

Crab stick production line

YUKE Machinery supplies equipment for making crab sticks and related imitation crab meat products from prepared surimi. The line brings together paste preparation, sheet forming, cooking, strand cutting, bundling and finishing equipment around the product you want to make.

A production line is configured as a connected process. Product shape, texture, wrapping method, available space and the equipment already in your factory determine which modules belong in the proposal.

Start with the finished product

YUKE product literature shows classic sticks, oblique-fiber and V-shaped products, flower-cut pieces and other imitation crab formats. The quotation materials also describe filling-feed and forming options for filled crab sticks. These formats use different combinations of cutting, forming and feeding equipment.

  • Classic crab sticks: define the layered texture, stick dimensions and individual wrapping format.
  • Oblique-fiber and shaped products: confirm the cutting pattern and how the pieces are formed and transferred.
  • Flower-cut products: discuss the intended appearance using a product sample or clear photographs.
  • Filled products: define the core material, filling behavior and the required forming arrangement.

Plan the factory around the equipment

Send a dimensioned workshop drawing with doors, columns and the position of existing equipment. A workable layout needs space for production flow, ingredient handling, cleaning, maintenance access and finished-product transfer.

Confirm the available power supply, water and drainage, and the heating utilities required by the selected cooking arrangement. Utility loads, installation dimensions and staffing are established for the final configuration; a quotation for one machine does not describe the requirements of the complete line.

Confirm a specification for your product

The equipment schedule should identify the selected machines, their interfaces and the scope of supply. Agree the target product, operating conditions, acceptance method and final technical data together before ordering.

Share a sample, photographs or a drawing of the finished product. If you already operate part of a line, include its working width, discharge height, operating speed and control arrangement so the connections can be assessed.

  • These are specifications for individual machines, not the installed power, footprint or output of the complete production line.
  • Select the equipment combination for the product; every listed machine is not automatically included in every line.

Installation, operation and ongoing support

Discuss installation responsibilities, commissioning, trial production and operator training as part of the project proposal. The factory location and commissioning schedule help define the practical service arrangements.

  • Agree the utility preparation and installation work required at the factory.
  • Define product trials and acceptance checks for the selected configuration.
  • Include cleaning access, routine maintenance and changeover needs in the equipment review.
  • Confirm recommended spare parts, support arrangements and commercial terms in the quotation.
