The FCM-3011 forms rolled sheet material into a rectangular strip before transfer to the next operation. The upper and lower pressing molds use a manually opening arrangement for access, locking and cleaning.
- Two rolled sheets, each 170 mm wide and 1.2 mm thick: formed into a strip 30 mm wide and 8–10 mm thick.
- One rolled sheet, 260 mm wide and 1.2 mm thick: formed into a strip 30 mm wide and 10 mm thick.
- These values apply to this machine and the described forming arrangements; they are not complete-line specifications.
