Crab stick coloring and wrapping machine
The coloring and wrapping section receives the formed product, applies surface color and handles the wrapping film before sealing and cutting. It connects the texture-forming stages with the next packing operation.

FCM-3013 coloring, wrapping and length-cutting machine
The FCM-3013 combines coloring, film wrapping, heat sealing and cutting to length. The configuration includes color-feed pumps, a discharge shaping conveyor and access for conveyor cleaning.

Match the upstream handoff
The formed product has to enter the finishing section at a compatible speed and position. Include the existing forming or bundling machine, transfer height and available space when discussing a replacement or upgrade.
Product dimensions and appearance should be agreed before choosing the wrapping arrangement. A classic stick and a different shaped or filled product may require different handling or forming interfaces.
Separate individual wrapping from the final pack
Wrapping an individual crab stick is one operation. Putting products into the final retail or foodservice pack is another. State the required scope clearly when requesting an offer.
If the factory already owns final packing equipment, provide its infeed details and packing format. The proposal can then identify the agreed connection and any additional conveying or handling requirements.
Review access and routine maintenance
The quotation example describes replaceable cutting parts, cleaning access at the conveyor and a discharge shaping conveyor. Confirm the delivered cleaning and maintenance provisions for the selected configuration.
Ask for the recommended replacement parts and discuss film changeover, color-system cleaning and operator familiarization during the equipment review.
